His words "Life is a process of meeting problems and then trying to solve them, which is similar to the process of doing research. Of course, there also exists a difference between these two processes. Comparing with life process, normally, doing research is to deal with some world-class problems, which are original and rather challenging. To some extent, if someone can do well in PhD study, the problems in life may be just like a piece of cake. In a word, doing PhD is to make my life easier and get access to success quickly."
